RETURN PERIOD
We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
ELIGIBILITY CONDITIONS

• In its original packaging
• Unused and unopened
Important: If the box has been opened or the product has been used, returns cannot be accepted, except in case of a manufacturing defect.

Please note: Items returned without first requesting a return authorization will not be accepted.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part (defective, damaged, or incorrect item).
REFUNDS

If approved:
• You will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days
• Please note that your bank or credit card company may take a few extra days to process and post the refund

EXCHANGES
Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you must:
